Before joining Atlantic, she stood as Head of Entertainment at renowned international agency Purple PR, who represented some of the world’s biggest stars from Beyonce and Adele to sporting icon Lewis Hamilton. There, she led the debut album campaign for multi-platinum selling Sam Smith, and introduced them to the world of luxury fashion, as the first ever artist to be the face of Balenciaga. She is a Trustee and Chair of the PR Committee of the BRIT Trust, the charitable arm of the BPI and sits on the Voting Academy.
Caroline is the Founder and CEO of The Sports PR Company, which specialises in offering unique and innovative global public relations, sponsorship management, social media and crisis management communications. Representing some of the world’s most celebrated sports personalities, Caroline has been responsible for securing brand partnerships with Calvin Klein, Pepsi, Adidas, Nike and Turkish Airlines. Adept in reputational management, Caroline was responsible for managing David Beckham’s PR and media after he was sent off at the 1998 World Cup. This led Caroline to set up her company in 2007, having identified a gap for professional media support for sports personalities.
